Each meeting we have a program which compliments that year's International Theme.
SERVICE
We have 2 Service Opportunities this year.
HOUSTON FOOD BANK
During the COVID timeframe, we started donating money to the Houston Food Bank to help provide families less fortunate than us with the nourishment they need to help stay healthy and safe.
AND
SOCIALS
We have a social every month.
Sometimes they are just with the sisters and other times the men join us. They are themed usually around the season, holiday, attending an HCC Social Event or the International theme.
We also have Socials we hold annually that are the highlights of our year!
CHAPTER "GEM" - Brienne Aeck
Lynn's Daughter (and Sharon's Goddaughter) has been such an important part of many of our gatherings and has helped us in so very many ways, in 2022 we created a new permanent chapter "honor" called Chapter "Gem" and awarded her with that honor in a special written ceremony. She's also a Houston Astros super fan like many of us in the chapter which makes her even more special!

Our member Sharon Johnson Dueweke is the HCC Corresponding Secretary, Webmaster, Chair of the HCC Heritage and Co-Chair of the Procedures Notebooks Committees, a past Council President and Parliamentarian & one of our chapter's City Council Reps.
Our member Betty Coody is one of our chapter's City Council Reps & a past City Council Vice President.
Our Member Susan Soderquist is Chair of the HCC WICK Newsletter.
